New to DCSD Parents: All new to Douglas County School District (DCSD) parents are given Infinite Campus Parent Portal accounts during the first week in
July, after enrolling students in the Douglas County School District for the first time. An email notification is sent by DCSD in
July to new parents/guardians with instructions for setting up individual Infinite Campus Parent Portal accounts. If you did
not receive this email or are having trouble using the information you were sent to access Infinite Campus, please submit a request using our
Contact an American Academy Registrar form (select "Infinite Campus Login").
Current DCSD Parents: Please visit the
DCSD Infinite Campus Instruction page if you are having difficulty logging into your IC Parent Portal account.
The login process for the EngagED system has recently changed: To log in to the EngagED Parent Portal (used during American Academy’s Express Check-In window in July), you will pair your Infinite Campus Parent Portal username and @p.dcsdk12.org. For example, if your Infinite Campus username is jsmith, you will enter [email protected] as your email address on the login screen. Your password is the same one you use for accessing Infinite Campus (used to access grades, report cards, assignments, etc.). The Infinite Campus Parent Portal username and password have not changed.
