It is REQUIRED that a parent/guardian attends one of the virtual Medical Form Review meetings for the Fall 2023 6th Grade Olympic National Park trip, if you plan on sending your current 5th grade student on this trip. Parents/guardians MUST have also already attended one of the mandatory 6th Grade Olympic National Park Presentations for the Fall 2023 trip. ALL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AND IN YOUR HANDS FOR THIS REVIEW.
